Biography
Ousmane was born in Paris and has spent most of his career with clubs in the Paris region. After Créteil in R1 and Aubervilliers, it was at US Saint-Maur Lusitanos that he rose through the ranks. Lusitanos allowed him to move from N3 to N2. At the end of the 2016/2017 season, which led the Saint-Maur club to the gates of National 1, he responded favourably to requests from AS Béziers. During the 2017/2018 season, which saw ASB reach the Ligue 2, Ousmane Kanté was one of the pillars of the third best defence in the league, even scoring 6 goals in 26 games played.
Signing for Paris FC in June 2018, Ousmane Kanté discovered the professional world but quickly became one of the best defenders in the league.
