Sofiane Alakouch loaned to Paris FC

Paris FC are delighted to announce the arrival of Sofiane Alakouch. The 25-year-old right-back is on loan from FC Metz for one season.

A native of Nîmes, Sofiane Alakouch trained with the Crocos at Nîmes Olympique. He discovered the professional world in April 2016 before signing his first professional contract a year later. After several caps for the French youth teams (2 at U19 level and 1 at Espoirs level), Sofiane decided to pull on the Moroccan national team jersey and was selected for the first time in April 2021 for the qualifying matches for the 2022 World Cup. There he rubbed shoulders with a certain Stéphane Gilli, then the national team’s assistant coach.
In July 2021, after playing 122 games for Nîmes Olympique, culminating in the club’s promotion to Ligue 1, the right-back signed for FC Metz. Little used by the Grenat club, Sofiane was loaned out to Lausanne Sport. There, he played 11 games and provided 2 assists.

This summer, Sofiane was loaned out to Paris FC for a season. The club from La Capitale welcomes him back!
