The analysis

For their first game, Paris FC was facing Servette Chênois, a team used to European games. The first part of the game was very good and Clara Mateo scored an exceptional first goal. Faced with a very tough Swiss team, the Parisians responded to the physical challenge. Sandrine Soubeyrand’s players even doubled the score at the half-hour mark, putting a blow on their opponents’ heads.
At the return of the locker room, the game is chopped by numerous fouls. The spirits are a bit tense but the Parisians remain solid, mentally and physically.

A third goal by Clara Mateo ends the last Swiss hopes. Paris FC wins 3-0 against Servette and qualifies for the final of Round 1 which will take place on Sunday.
