NAME

Born on 5 May 1995 in Dakar (Senegal), Moustapha Name started his professional career at AS Douane, a Senegalese Ligue 1 side. After a successful 2017-2018 season in which he scored 10 goals (second top scorer and voted third best player in the league), Moustapha joined Pau FC in National (third division). A central midfielder capable of performing both defensive and offensive tasks, he had two very good years with Pau (55 games played, 8 goals). During the 2019-2020 season, the Senegalese player notably scored the first goal of Pau’s stunning victory against Girondins de Bordeaux in the 16th final of the French Cup (3-2). Moustapha Name joined Paris FC in June 2020.
