Biography
Born on 7 October 1997 in Dakar (Senegal), Youssoupha was trained at FC Lyon. In 2017, the colossal defender decided to pack his bags for a destination not far from his club: Lyon Duchère. In his first season in National 1, Youssoupha made 18 appearances. Confirming his potential, the Senegalese established himself as an indisputable starter in the Lyon defence in two seasons (47 matches, 2 goals). His aerial qualities, among others, his status in National 1 and his youth opened him the doors to the club of the Capital that he joined in june 2020.
